New clients are by enquiry in the first instance and determined based on suitability for telehealth sessions (safety), location (preference is given to regional, rural & remote), and psychologist availability.

Before applying, and to access a Medicare rebate for your psychology session, you will need to talk with your participating GP* and ask for a Referral Letter and a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP).
